Hi, I’m Rebecca
I'm a native Arizona girl who loves Mexican food, The Office, and the three best kids on the planet that call me Mom.
Life hasn't always been easy -- the lifelong sensitivity that comes with living with intuitive gifts, being a survivor of sexual assault, combined with fighting my way out of a 15-year abusive relationship left me with stress seizures, ocular migraines, and diagnosed PTSD.
My world was collapsing around me. There was nowhere else to go but inward. To step into the darkness and walk myself back out. That spiritual journey --along with therapy --gave me my life back and then some!!
I went from living from my trauma -- spiraling out, aching for love, people-pleasing, codependent -- to knowing myself, claiming myself, taking up space, not only knowing my worth but living my worth, and attracting a wonderful love relationship into my life. It all happened because I went deep; to the roots.
Now I share that healing with others. Combining my training in the Way of the Seabhean, my 20 years teaching experience, and my own gathered wisdom, I create experiences where people meet their true selves and activate their healing.
